What are the Larger Styles?
Larger styles include Cinderella, Princess and Ball Gown silhouettes. These styles are characterized by a fitted bodice and a voluminous, full skirt that flares out from the waist. They are large and have many layers, and therefore need more care and take quite a while longer to clean.

Cleaning Cost Calculation
Please review the options below to ensure the cost of cleaning your dress is accurately calculated. We recognize that dress types and levels of soiling can vary greatly, so we have developed a tiered system to accurately reflect your gown's needs, and the level of care required for safe and effective cleaning. This system is based on our extensive experience with hundreds of dresses and the time they take to clean.

Light Soiling: "Is my dress even dirty? It's probably best to have it cleaned and preserved just to be sure." This requires a very close inspection and may include light marks or dirt at the bottom, and minor staining under the armpits from sweat or tan. It's surprising how much unseen dirt and discolouration can be present, such as from spilled alcohol or stains on the inner linings.
Medium Soiling: "I can definitely see some marks; it should probably be cleaned." This includes noticeable dirt on the train/bottom and clear discolouration under the armpits from sweat and tan.
Heavy Soiling: "Oh wow, I definitely had a great time in that dress. I don't know if this can even be cleaned." This includes significant dirt from mud, puddles, grass, or spilled drinks (such as red wine). These heavily soiled dresses are our greatest accomplishments when brought back to life. Please refer to our before and after photos for some examples.
