Refund policy

We have a 30-day return/refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

Due to the Service-based nature of our products, we reserve the right to offer a refund in lieu of a return. Boxes can be returned, gift cards are exempt from any refund or return.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • You ordered from Ever After Bridal Cleaners, but your dress was returned without being cleaned as it was made from a material that is listed on our FAQ as being unable to be cleaned by us.  In this instance we will refund your purchase, minus freight costs and a handling fee.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Parcel Collect 10306 49378, 10 Design Way, Kalkallo VIC 3064.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless we agree that we were at fault or otherwise offer to cover shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your re-processed product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
