Our Process
1. Configure Your Cleaning Requirements
Select your dress type and specify its cleaning requirements to generate your quote.
2. Receive Your 'Collection Box'
Once you've paid for your order, we will send out the 'Collection Box' for you to package your dress (and any other additions e.g. a veil).
Note: this is not your final 'Forever Box' that you will receive your beautifully cleaned dress in.
3. Pack & Return Box
Place your Wedding Dress in the supplied bag, and follow the instructions to pack into the Collection Box. Once your wedding dress is safely packed according to instructions, drop the pre-paid Collection Box at your local AusPost collection point.
4. Email Received Confirmation
Once we receive your dress, we'll email you confirmation that it has arrived safely and provide an estimated timeframe of when your dress will be returned.
5. Cleaning & Packaging
Your dress undergoes a thorough cleaning, drying, and steaming process before being carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper. It is then placed in your 'Forever Box' and further safeguarded with an additional outer box to ensure its protection during delivery back to you.
6. Final Email & Delivery
After the couriers have collected your package, you'll receive a final email notification informing you that it's on its way. This email will include a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its arrival.
